We’re excited to launch the a new website for Farnham Castle Intercultural Training,

Specialising in providing individual and group training in the cultural, business and language aspects of business. If you get a job abroad or your company wants you to work in a different country for any period of time – Farnham Castle will help prepare you and your family for the experience, not just for leaving and living out there, but also preparing your for coming back.

The original site was simply a sub-section of the Farnham Castle (a visitor attraction in it’s own right) website and did not have the flexibitly to grow.

The new site is designed to be much easier to use, enabling you to find information quickly. Completely dedicated to their training services, with a huge range of articles and resources to browse, we hope the new site will take their services to an increased audience.

We’re currently designed a new e-commerce website for a client. We’re using Magento to build the site, it’s a great platform and has a great deal of flexibility.

This particular client has an actual shop (a dying breed?) and we’d like to try and maintain the look and feel of their shop within the online store and give it some of the character that you experience when you visit the real-life location.

So, this morning as part of the usual daily routine of checking all our sites, I noticed that our WordPress sites needed a couple of plugins updated.

Once of them was Contact Form 7, which is one of our many ‘goto’ plugins. If you haven’t come across it before, CF7 it is a really nice, fully featured and easy to use contact form solution. It’s installs easliy into WordPress and gives you instant forms, plus you can even get plugins for the plugin. One of the most useful one is Contact Form DB – which allows you to save all your responses from your website contact forms into an easy to access Database within WordPress. (Great for back-ups and reference)

Website: We’ve been busy…

Well, we’ve been busy over the past couple of months with a few clients and their new e-commerce websites. Using Magento’s powerful software package and extensions, we were able to create some pretty awesome on-line stores for them. Integrating them with the likes of Facebook, Twitter and other networks has proved a great way of pulling some easy traffic to the sites and getting the new site out to as many people as possible. As long as the social interaction is kept up they can expect a steady stream of potential customers.
